Yes, we will have the event 100% even if it snows.

We run on a flat trail and course is safe. The PARTY will continue at the EXPO with Food, Drinks and Presents. If more than 2 inches of snow...the runners will be allowed to WALK the course for safety. Kids Race also would turn intoa walk.

Yes, we encourage well behaved dogs and a sturdy running stroller is best for the dirt trails and mud.

1. Saturday Dec. 9 - Road Runner Sports across the freeway 3pm-6pm.

2. Saturday Dec 10- at the start/finish line at Promenade Park. Opens 8:30am. Across the street from the WESTIN Hotel.

Yes, if you decide to switch from either race to the other distance, you may do so on race morning. ($5 up-charge to move up to 10km.) or please email us before December 9 to let us know ( craig@EnduranceSportsMarketing.com )

We will have special gifts for the TOP 3 Overall Women and Men in the 5k and 10k races. 2022 we had cool ELF Stuffies and Angel Dolls. For Age groupers, we also have gift cards and thermoses from Colorado Athlete.

Yes. We may be short finisher gifts, but will have plenty of food and drinks and other gifts to pass out for late entries if we run out of Mugs or Scarfs, there will be a discount rate and DOR Runners will miss a gift.

Park at the Westin Hotel in the rear. 500 parking spots and just 50m to the start line: 10600 Westminster Blvd, Westminster CO. Look for the large Blow Ups or Listen for the Holiday Music. Feel free to stay warm and use the Hotel Restrooms and Lobby.

Kids Race- Kids get a Kids Bib, Candy Cane, Hot Food, Hot Chocolate and a finisher gift at the finish line. (Scarf also included!!)  NO MUGS for KIDS!- Mugs for Adults 15 year older + Please.
